Do I need to Register to shop on the site?

No, there is no need to register to shop with us. You are welcome to join our mailing list to sign up for details of special offers, new products and discount codes if you wish.


What is your Returns/Refunds Policy?

Naturally we would hope you would be happy with any purchase from us.  However, in the event you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of receipt.  We will happily issue a refund or replacement item once we have received the original item back from you. Refunds are reissued via the original payment method only. We recommend that returns are sent via recorded post. 

In accordance with distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order or change your mind within 7 working days. Should you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind or do not require the goods, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. Items returned should be unused and in their original packaging.  Again refunds are made by the original payment method.

Should you wish to return Christening wear, the item should be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact, unworn and unwashed.  We try to give as much information as possible about our product, particularly regarding sizing so please ensure you check the size you are ordering.

We regret that personalised items are not able to be returned unless we have made an error in spelling. Please ensure that you have correctly spelt any personalisation details, as we cannot be responsible for an error made by yourself. (we do check any unusual spellings prior to personalisation). Likewise with sizing - we provide information relating to sizing and once and item had been personalised cannot exchage it if you have made a sizing error.  Any queries in relation to personalised items are to be made within 7 days.

Customers from abroad are responsible for any import duties or customs and excise duties.

Are my payment details secure?

Currently we use Paypal and SagePay to process your payments.  This is a secure service.  We do not hold or see any of your credit card details.  You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your order, they will simply process the transaction.  Should you prefer to pay instead by cheque, please contact us. 


What about my own details?

Any information you pass to us is treated as confidential and is never passed to a third party.  We only ever ask for information we need to fulfill your order, generally name, address, email address and contact phone number.  If you request to be added to our mailing list and subsequently wish to stop receiving emails from us, please contact us to have your name removed.  You will not be added to our mailing list without your prior consent. 


Product substitution

On extremely rare occasions we may need to substitute a product in our nappy cakes.  In this event the replacement product will be of equal or greater value than the listed item and as close a match to the listed item as possible. We will of course contact you prior to dispatch to check that this is acceptable.
