Some answers to the most common questions we are asked!

 

Q.   Are you in Dublin?

A.   No, we are in Churchtown in North Cork - but we deliver worldwide!

Q.   The system keeps asking for my email address at the checkout but I have already entered it

A.    This appears to be a regular issue with gmail email addresses - we have found if you enter your email address in capital letters it will solve the issue.

Q.   I am having issues with Sage Pay

A.   You can use paypal, which is more user friendly, and you don't need a paypal account to use this option

Q.   I cannot go through the checkout

A.   Enter 00000 into the postcode field - even though we have no postcodes in Ireland, Sage Pay need something entered there (but are updating their system). If you are still experiencing problems click on the pay by post/bank transfer option and we can contact you to process the payment manually.
