We try and keep our postage and packing charges to a minimum, and use An Post/courier for most items, and a signed for service for our nappy cake deliveries as they are much larger.  Any Nappy Cake or hamper over €34.99 is delivered for a  €5 charge within Ireland. (we managed 9 years without charging for delivery, however with additional costs being passed to us have to make a small delivery charge)

We ship on a weight basis, and you are able to calculate the postage cost for your region/country using the drop down box at the checkout prior to paying.

There is also a gift wrapping option on many of our items at the competitive price  of €1 per item (in addition to postage cost)

We try and be as 'green' as possible and try and reuse packaging where appropriate.

How long will my order take?

Orders that are received by 1pm are generally dispatched next day (excluding personalised items, please also allow an additional day for nappy cakes and hampers as they are made to order) depending on order volumes .  The courier does not deliver at the weekend, so any Nappy Cake dispatched on Friday should be with you on  Tuesday (Republic of Ireland,  Northern Ireland and UK are a 2 day delivery approximately).  We provide a tracking number to enable you to track your order, or advise when your delivery has left us.  Orders sent via An post are sent by normal post for domestic deliveries so should be with you within a couple of days. If the recipient is not at home the courier should leave a card advising they have a parcel and normally try contacting the recipient by phone.  From past experience the UK is normally 7 days, Europe a little longer.  We always get proof of postage.  Please note, once dispatched delays are beyond our control, but we try to ensure delays do not occur.  Orders made over a bank holiday weekend in Ireland will be dispatched the next working day.

If your item arrives damaged please hold onto the packaging so we can try and determine where the damage occurred.

 

As there are no postcodes in the Republic of Ireland, when at the checkout enter 00000 in the postcode field - your order will not go through the checkout without entering something into the postcode field
